Good tool for kids

My daughter wanted this to learn how to manage money. This is perfect for her to learn with.

Great for Teaching Kids the Basics of Money (Dave Ramsey style)

I really like the design and the concept. Unfortunately the three separate tins have to be held together by a rubber band. I am not sure how I feel about that aspect of the design. They tend to get separated easily and the rubber band tends to obscure the writing on the tin. The tops do come off easily so the kids can retrieve the money out of the tin. Bottom line: it's a great quality item and I am glad I purchased it.

good construction but no way to keep all three together

It's a decently constructed three part money tin. I like the colors I like the functionality and that it can teach kids to plan how they want to save spend and share their money. My only criticism is that there's no way to keep the three parts together. It arrives with a big blue rubber band around it. And that's really the only way to keep it in the circular formation that you see in the image. Of course each part stands alone. But if you want to keep all three together you'd have to put the band around it or find some way to tie all three together.
